Preparing for Your First Appointment
We keep our on-boarding process as easy as possible! You will receive paperwork in your email to fill out ahead of time at your leisure. Then all you need to worry about in advance is bringing in your ID.
Your First Appointment
When you first walk in, our front desk staff will greet you by name and check you in. Dr Amy will then sit down with you for a comprehensive consultation.
We’ll do a complete physical examination. Some patients may require X-rays. We’ll then show you our recommended plan of care and find the course of care that meets your health goals. Dr. Amy will perform your first adjustment at the end of this visit, unless other information is needed. This appointment which generally takes about thirty minutes.
Care Moving Forward
After your first appointment your care moving forward is efficient with consecutive visits lasting around 15 minutes. The first visit we address what health goals you want to obtain as well as the frequency that is recommended in order to hit those goals.
Our space at Rooted Family Chiropractic is open to all. Please feel free to bring your kids, in-laws, family or friends to any appointment as it is not an inconvenience on our end.

We’ll review finances with you either over the phone or at your first visit. Our office is out of network with insurance but offers resonable cash rates. To keep finances easy, we offer customized payment plans that fit your needs, and family plans. We also accept HSAs and FSAs.
